RIP Sweet Callie~
It is with a heavy that I let everyone know that Sweet Callie passed away. She fought as hard as she could and was such a sweet sweet puppy! Thank you to everyone who donated towards her care. We will be putting all funds towards Callies outstanding vets bill at CVS in Charlotte. Gods speed sweet Callie! We all loved you!
Callie needs your help!
Sweet Callie was rescued by BRBR about 1 week ago along with her2 brothers and Mom Aubrey. Callie has always been the "calmest" of the three puppies but yesterday began to not want to eat. All through the day yesterday she was hand fed water, glucose and meds and one of BRBR's volunteers stayed up with her through the night to feed and check on her every 15 minutes. Although Callie is still holding her own at this time she is extremely ill. The vet tested her for Parvo and it came back positive. All the puppies are being treatedfor Parvo "just in case." Callie is currently at the Emergency Vet andwill remain there until her condition improves. Callie was already under weightwhen BRBR saved her weighing only a little over 2lbs. This girl needs your prayers BIG TIME to survive! Please also pray for her brothers that they remain healthy! Please consider donating towards Callie's vet expenses so BRBR can continue to help her and help save others like her!
